(VII) innovate the management of ecological environment protection. Establish an effective management mechanism for the connection of "three Simultaneities" of environmental assessment, ecological environmental protection and pollutant discharge permit, and cancel the administrative permit for the acceptance of environmental protection after the completion of construction projects.
